Pharyngeal mucosal space abscess. A special entity that merits special management: our experience in 106 cases.

Abstract: Keypoints: • The presence of a pharyngeal mucosal space abscesses (PMA), being confined between the pharyngeal mucosa and the pharyngeal constrictor muscle, is considered rare.
