Phasor map analysis to investigate Hutchinson–Gilford progeria cell under polarization-resolved optical scanning microscopy

Abstract: Polarized light scanning microscopy is a non-invasive and contrast-enhancing technique to investigate anisotropic specimens and chiral organizations.
