Phasor Measurements Application in Power Systems for Accelerated Power Flow Calculations in Emergency Control

Abstract: Power system’s voltage phasor (phase and amplitude) measurements provided by phasor measurement unit (PMU) gives opportunity to build the algorithm of PMU assessment generating triangular admittance matrix.
