Abstract:This study aimed to record the prevalence of different Sarcocystis spp., demonstrate their morphological characters by laboratory, histopathological and immunohistochemical techniques, also to investigate the pathological lesions in esophagus, heart, and brain samples collected from naturally infected donkeys in Egypt.
