Abstract:Abstract-In the present work, we report the growth and characterization of phosphorous doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon carbide (a-SiC: H) films deposited by filtered cathodic vacuum arc technique using solid silicon target as cathode in presence of acetylene gas.
