“…In the literature, there are many studies on the photoluminescence behaviors o earth-doped self-activated phosphors based on niobate crystals, and a recent revie provided by [47]. Crystalline niobate hosts, such as Ca2Nb2O7, CaNb2O6, CdN YNbO4, and LaNbO4, have been studied for applications such as self-lumin complexes, quantum-cutting luminescent solar concentrators, and for their tu properties, with very promising results according to the literature [47][48][49][50][51]. On glas the best of our knowledge, only [25] reported the occurrence of an energy transfer p from the niobate to lanthanide ions in a 24La2O3-10Nb2O5-65B2O3:1Eu2O3 glass.…”

“…Thus, this article considers the incorporation of nanocrystals in a glass following these previous works, but with the approach of previous mix the nanocrystals with the glass as a powder instead of adding them in the liquid glass. It's described the preparation and characterization of composite-glasses obtained by the incorporation of crystalline Eu 3+ -doped lanthanum niobate nanoparticles (LaNbO 4 :Eu 3+ ) [15][16][17][18] in tellurite glasses of TeO 2 -GeO 2 -Nb 2 O 5 -K 2 O-Li 2 O system. This system was selected because, among other characteristics, it has low softening temperature and high thermal stability against crystallization.…”
