Abstract:This paper proposes an interpolated light calibration optimization and high-reflective
area compensation method to solve the accuracy loss caused by
idealization of the photometric stereo (PS) model and high-reflective
area. The spatial distribution model of light intensity is defined as
a cubic interpolation function, which is used to obtain an intensity
coefficient matrix to optimize the PS model.
A
light source adaptation model is adopted to select the appropriate

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
