Phyllosphere exudates select for distinct microbiome members in sorghum epicuticular wax and aerial root mucilage

Abstract: Phyllosphere exudates create specialized microhabitats that shape microbial community diversity. Here, we explore the microbiome associated with two sorghum phyllosphere exudates, the epicuticular wax and aerial root mucilage.
