Abstract:We have analyzed haplotypes for 17 Y chromosomal STR loci in Bangladeshi mainstream Bengali population and four largest ethnic groups inhabiting the North-Eastern and Southern region of Bangladesh using AmpFlSTR® Yfiler® PCR amplification systems.
