Phylogenomic Analysis of Two Co-Circulating Canine Distemper Virus Lineages in Colombia

Abstract: Canine distemper virus (CDV) is considered a reemerging disease-causing agent in domestic dogs because it presents high divergence among circulating strains worldwide.
