Abstract:Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia (CPVT) is an arrhythmogenic disease characterized by stress-triggered syncope and sudden death. Most of the CPVT mutations are concentrated in RyR ''hotspots'': the C terminus, the central and the N terminal domains.
