Abstract:In the present work, a study of the fatigue strength of two materials widely used in the production of molds, namely, the AISI P20 and AISI H13 steels, is presented. The tests were performed at a constant amplitude with a stress ratio of R = 0 using samples where U-shaped notches were filled with laser beam fusion deposition.
