Physiological aspects of adaptation of cadets of academy FSIN of Russia to physical activities

Abstract: Академия ФСИН России, г. Рязань В статье рассмотрены некоторые аспекты адаптации к физическим нагрузкам курсантов Академии ФСИН России. Было обследовано 98 курсантов с высокой (48 курсантов) и низкой (50 курсантов) успешностью физического обучения. С целью анализа вариабельности сердечного ритма использовался аппаратно-програмный комплекс "Варикард" и программное обеспечение ISKIM-6.
