“…For the reason we were interested in the equation where two-valued structure parameter I=0/ 1 (0 means the absence of NH-group in the compounds of the type I, otherwise 1, compounds of the type II) could be used at place of P. The best equation obtained with the level of significance 99 % is the following: lgA=12.98(± 2.03) + 1.29(± 0.22)E LUMO + 0.28(± 0.14) I − 2.07(± 0.52)Q ME (2) n = 15; R 2 = 89.98 %; S = 0.207; F = 32.94. From the equation (2) it follows that the presence of NH-group decreases the biological activity insubstantially (which agrees with experimental data from [3−5]). In Table 1 the values of lg A that are calculated from the equations (1) and (2) (lg A predict (1) and lg A predict (2)), and the differences ∆ between experimental (lg A exp ) and calculated values of lg A are given.…”
