Abstract:The present study aims to investigate the in vitro Antibacterial activity of Antigonon leptopus and Ecbolium viridae methanol, ethanol, and acetone leaf extracts for against selected bacterial strains respectively. Preliminary phytochemical screening of the leaf crude extract revealed the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, tannins, carbohydrates, and saponins.
