Phytonutrient bioaccessibility and metabolism in vitro and in vivo

Abstract: Mangoes and bananas, two of Queensland's major tropical crops are sources of bioactive phytonutrients linked to dietary health based on antioxidant, cardio-protective and vasodilatory properties.
