Abstract: Older adults appear to experience high levels of sub-clinical emotional distress. Past literature has predominantly focussed on ameliorating suffering in individuals with diagnosed mental illnesses, while neglecting research investigating online therapies for enhancing wellbeing in community-dwelling older adults.
