Les sites archéologiques situés dans le sud de l'Égypte et le nord du Soudan ont été gravement menacés de destruction en raison de la construction du Haut-Barrage d'Assouan. La campagne nubienne de l'UNESCO a financé des études et des fouilles approfondies pour sauver autant que possible, ce qui a permis de recueillir d'importantes bases de données. Des temples et des tombes ont été démontés et déplacés, notamment vers divers musées, dans le cadre des efforts de préservation. Malgré ces initiatives, une quantité importante d'informations a été perdue. Les peintures murales et les éléments inscrits de la tombe de Djehutyhotep comptaient parmi les monuments réassemblés dans la cour du Musée national du Soudan. Cependant, les éléments préservés de la tombe sont de nouveau menacés de destruction à cause de la guerre au Soudan. La première saison de terrain d’un projet visant à documenter, étudier et diffuser des informations sur la tombe de Djehutyhotep, prévue en avril 2023, a été perturbée par le conflit, compromettant la qualité des données collectées. L’inaccessibilité du matériel et le risque de destruction ou de dommages permanents posent des défis majeurs. Cet article aborde les défis liés aux bases de données incomplètes, à l'inaccessibilité et au risque de destruction, en proposant un protocole de documentation et de diffusion numérique du patrimoine en péril, potentiellement applicable à d'autres zones de conflit afin de permettre des recherches et une sensibilisation à distance.

Disaster Risk Reduction Education Through Digital Technologies in the Context of Education for Sustainable Development: A Curricula Analysis of Security and Defense Studies in Serbia

This study examines the integration of disaster risk reduction (DRR) into security and defense studies curricula at Serbian universities, focusing on public and private institutions. As climate change accelerates and natural disasters become more frequent, addressing these risks is critical for national security and sustainable development. This research evaluates the extent of DRR incorporation in curricula and the use of emerging technologies in DRR education. A qualitative analysis of programs at institutions such as the Faculty of Security Studies at the University of Belgrade, the Military Academy, the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies, and private universities like Singidunum and Educons University reveals that public institutions have made significant progress. However, private universities still need comprehensive DRR-focused courses and technological integration. This study recommends fostering collaboration between public and private universities, expanding access to the National Simulation Center, and incorporating modern technologies and active learning strategies across curricula to bridge existing gaps. These steps equip future security professionals with the practical skills and interdisciplinary knowledge necessary for effective disaster management in an increasingly complex risk environment.

Rozwój technologiczny i związane z nim inżynierskie sposoby zapewniania bezpieczeństwa determinują funkcjonowanie systemu bezpieczeństwa narodowego RP i jego systemów szczegółowych. Ich względna uniwersalność sprzyja implementowaniu rozwiązań wypracowanych w jednym kontekście zapewniania bezpieczeństwa na grunt działań służących zapewnianiu bezpieczeństwaw innych kontekstach. Jest to szczególnie istotne dla ochrony ludności, w której obecnie zachodzą przeobrażenia konceptualne, formalne i strukturalne. Celem badań było określenie możliwościimplementacji rozwiązań technicznych rozwijanych w projekcie SILVANUS na grunt ochrony ludności. Działania na rzecz ochrony ludności mogą być wspierane przez technologie detekcji, rozwiązania obliczeniowe (w tym symulacje rozwoju zagrożeń), tzw. twarde technologie (urządzenia), systemy wspomagania decyzji oraz rozwiązania służące angażowaniu społecznemu. Część 2 dotyczy tzw. twardych technologii (urządzeń) i rozwiązań służących angażowaniu społecznemu. Można je integrować w drodze optymalizacji kosztów zapewniania bezpieczeństwa. Rozwój technologicznysprzyja kontynuacji badań nad nowymi technologiami w ochronie ludności.
