Abstract:It is discovered that the micro integral impeller’s NC programming is quite complex and that surface deformation and tool collision interference are easily caused by its torsional small channel, semi-closed construction, and complex free thin-wall surface. Furthermore, roughing has the longest processing time and the greatest quantity of material removal, making it easier to influence the next step in the processing process.
