Abstract: Background Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)-mediated mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) is a well-established method to prepare HSCs for transplantation nowadays. A sufficient number of HSCs is critical for successful HSC transplantation.
