Platelet functional abnormalities in pediatric patients with kaposiform hemangioendothelioma/Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon

Abstract: Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) is a rare vascular tumor of infancy which is commonly associated with a life-threatening thrombocytopenic condition, Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon (KMP).
