Abstract:To probe the action of platycodin D in the oncogenic phenotypes of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and its possible mechanism. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line EC9706 was exposed to different doses of platycodin D (2.5, 5 or 10 μmol/l). Untreated cells were adopted as control group.
