PLS Model for the Influence of Work Environment and Behavior on the Health and Performance of Ship Crews

Abstract: Based on Blum's theory, the environment and behavior can affect human health. The World Health Organization (WHO) places risk factors in the work environment as the tenth leading cause of illness and death.
