Pneumatic broaching may prevent massive stem subsidence in femoral revision hip replacement

Abstract: Massive postoperative subsidence of the prosthesis is a major failure concern in revision hip replacement, as it can potentially provoke recurrent dislocation, secondary femoral fracture, and discrepancies in leg length.
