Pneumomediastinum and pneumoretroperitoneum as a result of mephedrone intoxication – a case report.

Abstract: IntroductIon: Presence of air in mediastinal space, retroperitoneal space or subcutaneously is a rare condition in majority caused by trauma of airway or gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
