Points: A better way to detect growth failure

Abstract: December Dr Ribeiro, a general practitioner in South Africa, and his wife were shot dead in their home by armed men in disguise. Dr Ribeiro was well known in South Africa for his work on the torture of children by the South African police and army. Earlier this year Dr Ribeiro and his family had a miraculous escape after their home was attacked and destroyed by arsonists.
