Pollution Risk Reduction in Municipal Slaughterhouse Michoacán México by System Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

Abstract: Abstract-In this paper a system for reducing contamination risks in the methodology of analysis and critical control points (HACCP) was applied.
