Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soybean grains

Abstract: During the burning of the organic material (firewood) in the drying, combustion may occur incompletely, thus generating smoke contaminants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the furnaces.
