Polymorph Screening Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract: Near-infrared spectroscopy was utilized as a polymorph screening method. A model compound (sulfathiazole) was recrystallized from various solvents, and the crystals were milled using a planetary ball mill and compressed using a hydraulic press.
