Abstract:Cholesterol is one of the hazard elements for many cardiovascular diseases, but many cholesterol‐lowering drugs are expensive and unhealthy. Therefore, it is necessary to develop edible and safe biosorbents to reduce excess cholesterol and bile salts in the gastric‐intestinal passage.
