Polysplenia Accompanied by Major Cardiovascular Anomalies with Prolonged Survival.

Abstract: A 52-year-old female with polysplenia accompanied by major cardiovascular anomalies (a ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, persistent left superior vena cava, absent inferior vena cava with a hemiazygos connection and visceral heterotaxia) is reported. She underwent successful surgical treatment and showed prolonged survival.
