“…By using well-characterized, clinically approved and commercially available biomaterials such as Ti-6Al-4V alloy and b-TCP, which are commonly used for the production of arthroplasty prostheses, we demonstrated an easily reproducible and methodologically accessible in vitro system for studying MSC functions at the bone-implant interface.
