Abstract: Mit Blaulicht: Die schnelle Abschätzung des Enantiomerenüberschusses im Hochdurchsatz‐Screening von Bibliotheken war bislang eine Hürde bei der Entdeckung effektiver Katalysatoren. Ein blau fluoreszierender monoklonaler Antikörper (mAb) nimmt sich dieses Problems an; mAb 19G2 diente als Fluoreszenzsensor (siehe Bild) für die Evaluierung einer Serie von Cinchona‐Alkaloidderivaten in der Synthese asymmetrischer Aminosäuren durch Phasentransferkatalyse.
