Possible Ergotamine‐Caffeine—Associated Delirium

Abstract: An elderly patient with a history of chronic migraine was hospitalized with systolic hypertension and significant mental status changes, including increasing confusion, combative behavior, and remarkably detailed auditory hallucinations of several weeks' duration.
