Abstract:Kidney disease is a frequent complication after haematopoietic stem cell transplant (SCT), with glomerulopathies reported in up to 1–6% of allogeneic SCT recipients. Membranous nephropathy is the commonest reported, followed by minimal change nephropathy. Recent work has identified a target antigen in post-SCT membranous nephropathy.
