Abstract:Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare skin condition characterized by ulcerative lesions and most often associated with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs), ulcerative colitis, or Chron's disease. Postsurgical pyoderma gangrenosum (PSPG) of the breast is exceptionally rare and can occur in the absence of IBD.
