“…Menenjit LP'nin nadir görülen bir komplikasyonu olmakla birlikte daha çok immünsüpresif hastalarda görülebilmektedir. 6,12 Duits ve arkadaşlarının (2015) yapmış oldukları çalışmada 3456 hastaya yapılan LP sonucunda hastaların %31'inde lomber ponksiyona bağlı komplikasyon görüldüğü saptanmıştır. Ortaya çıkan komplikasyonların %19'unun baş ağrısı, %17'sinin sırt ağrısı ve %9'unun ise PDPB olduğu bildirilmiştir.…”
