Abstract: Left ventricular aneurysms (LVAs) represent a rare yet critical complication arising from late-presenting myocardial infarction (MI). Here, we present the case of an 88-year-old male with chest pressure, elevated troponin, B-type natriuretic peptide, and lactate.
