Abstract:Renal artery pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) with symptoms of flank pain and hematuria. Endovascular coil embolization has been proposed as a safe management option. We report Seven male patients, aged 36 to 65 years, with post-PCNL pseudoaneurysms presenting as gross hematuria.
