Post-Traumatic High-Flow Priapism: Accessory Pudendal Origin of Cavernosal Artery From External Iliac Artery - A Case Report

Abstract: High-flow priapism is an uncommon condition typically resulting from penile or perineal trauma, due to laceration of cavernosal artery. We present a case of 24-year-old male who presented with post-traumatic painless priapism. Ultrasound showed hematoma with arterio-cavernosal fistula.
