Posterior Fossa Arachnoid Cysts as Findings in an Ataxia Clinic

Abstract: Arachnoid cysts are collections of cerebrospinal fluid surrounded by an arachnoid membrane. Most of them are asymptomatic and are detected incidentally on imaging studies. Others reveal themselves with a variety of clinical symptoms depending on their size and location.
