Abstract:Bile duct stones are a known complication after a Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy. Different minimally invasive stone extraction techniques, including endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography with basket removal or the use of a choledocoscope through a mature T-tube tract, can be used.
