Abstract:Background: Headache is one of the most common symptoms that are encountered in the postpartum period. We experienced a rare case of multiple phenomena of postpartum stroke occurred at the same time. Case: A 38-year-old woman experienced sudden onset of thunderclap headache after delivery.
