Abstract: Long-term potentiation (LTP) induced by theta-burst stimulation (TBS) undergoes postweaning developmental changes partially linked to GABAergic circuit maturation. Endogenous VIP acting on VPAC1 receptors strongly influences LTP induced by theta-burst stimulation (TBS), an effect dependent on GABAergic transmission.
