Abstract:Medication errors can occur in the treatment process that can actually be prevented. Errors in prescribing are common and the highest frequency of prescribing errors occurs in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for medication errors in the prescribing phase in outpatient ARI pediatric patients at the Gunug Jati Hospital, Cirebon.
