Potential of Implementing Urban Freight Strategies in the Accommodation and Food Services Sector

Abstract: This paper studies freight demand patterns of establishments in the accommodation and food services sector, and the potential of implementing urban freight strategies in this sector to improve local and city traffic conditions.
