Potential Role of Soluble CD93 in Allergic Asthma

Abstract: RATIONALE: To control therapy-resistant eosinophilia, synergistic effects of CTLA4-Ig and glucocorticoid was investigated on T cellinduced asthma model. METHODS: Ovalbumin (OVA) specific murine helper T cell (Th) clones were established from splenocytes of DO11.10 transgenic mice expressing T cell receptor specific for OVA/H-2 d .
