Introduction: The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) the validity of the science module integrating local wisdom on biotechnology, (2) the practicality of the module, and (3) the effectiveness of the module. Module development implements only three stages of the 4D model, namely (define, design, and develop). Method: The instruments implemented in the research include learning achievement tests, student response questionnaires, and science module validation sheets. Result: The research resulted in validating the science module integrating local wisdom from experts who showed very valid criteria by obtaining a score of 3.86. The learning outcomes test in this module is also very valid, with a score of 3.82. The results of the practicality of the module obtained a value of 86.18% which was indicated by efficient criteria. The IPA module integrates local wisdom and is also declared effective by obtaining an n-gain of 0.82 with high criteria. Conclusion: From these results, it can be concluded that the science module integrating local wisdom in the biotechnology material developed can be implemented as teaching material because the test results are feasible and valid.

Pengembangan karakter peduli lingkungan lahan basah pada siswa SD memerlukan model atau strategi yang tepat. Karakter peduli lingkungan tersebut meliputi kerja keras, menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan, bertanggung jawab dan bijaksana terhadap lingkungan lahan basah. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan lahan basah (PKP-LLB). Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model evaluasi formatif metode Tessmer yang terdiri dari atas evaluasi diri, prototyping, dan uji lapangan. Uji coba model PKP-LLB dilakukan di SDN Pasar Lama I Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model PKP-LLB dan perangkat pendukungnya yang valid untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan terhadap lingkungan lahan basah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) desain PKP-LLB sangat valid berdasarkan telaah ahli, (2) perangkat pendukung utama model PKP-LLB sangat valid untuk digunakan dalam menerapkan model PKP-LLB untuk membekali pengetahuan. dan karakter peduli lingkungan lahan basah (3) siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan memahami materi penunjang pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PKP-LLB ini valid, namun memerlukan uji coba dan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk mencapai kepraktisan dan keefektifannya.

The purpose of this study was to describe the validity and effectiveness of BioPhy Magazine based on local wisdom, which was developed to improve problem-solving skills and encourage students to conduct environmental awareness campaigns. This type of research was development research with the Tessmer formative evaluation model. The small group trial subjects are Chemistry Tadris students who are taking Basic Physics courses in the 2021/2022 academic year. Data were obtained through validation sheets, problem-solving tests, and poster assessment sheets. The data were then analyzed using the Aiken formula, N-gain, effect size, and Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis showed that the developed magazine was valid from the aspect of content, presentation, and language. Magazines were also effective in improving problem-solving skills, with an N-gain score on the small group test of 0.90 with a high category and an effect size of 3.34 with a strong influence category. In addition, based on the Wilcoxon test, it was known that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.005, which meant that there was a significant difference in problem-solving ability between before and after learning. In addition, magazines could encourage students to carry out environmental awareness campaigns as indicated by the average student environmental poster score of 95.38. So, BioPhy Magazine was valid, effective, and successful in encouraging students to carry out environmental awareness campaigns
