Poverty is not the main obstacle for quality cancer care in diagnosed cases: Experience of 520 cases from Bangladesh

Abstract: 9077 Background: Cancer management is expensive everywhere. In the developing countries poverty is always blamed for as to be the main obstacle for quality cancer care. According to WHO report (globocan) 1.295 to 1.36 million people in Bangladesh suffer from cancer. Our health care service is not extensive to diagnose all these cases.
