Power Transformer Inrush Current Minimization During Energization using ANFIS based Peak Voltage Tracking Approach

Abstract: Energizing the power transformer at no load causes inrush current flow. The value of this current depends on main three factors, the residual and saturation flux of the transformer core, the rating of the transformer, and the switching instant. Inrush current may decrease the life of the transformer and causes mall function of the protective relays.
